Each one of us is aware of our own shortcomings, yet few people invest in their personal growth. Whether it is a course on physical fitness or learning to manage mind which in turn helps in emotional and mental improvement, self image improvement, stress management, relationship management, setting priorities and living a focused life.

Taking care of ourselves includes investing time, money and effort in our own personal growth and development so that we could be the best version of ourselves.
The best version of ourselves will have a more rewarding life. Physical fitness, focused mind, discipline, commitment, less or no distractions, setting priorities, will give us more confidence. Learning to control over our emotions, stress, and empowering our self image, in turn will give us a far better and rewarding career and life. A life that we will be grateful we had.
We must invest in the courses that resonates with us, that gives us a gut feeling that “if I did this course, it’ll benefit me a lot in becoming a better version of myself”.
It would be far rewarding than buying an expensive dress or an artefact. Trust me, I am doing it continuously and it’s transforming me from within, it’s the best feeling I’ve ever had in my life.
However, the most crucial thing is ‘to put the knowledge into consistent practice”.
You buy a physical fitness course to shed extra weight or tone your body, but don’t show up each day or don’t pay attention to what you are eating each time, won’t get you any results.
“Consistent Practice” is the key.
